ABT has about 50 talented employees with 100% bachelor’s and master’s degrees to develop and maintain a highly qualified human resource.

ABT has policies to support employees in studying for master’s and doctorates, and short courses to help employees improve their capacity. As a result, our team of experts is always up-to-date with the latest scientific and technologies in the world.

OUR FACILITY AND PRODUCTION CAPACITY:
ABT is a group of highly skilled and experienced biotechnology professionals. Production lines and automatic machines, in addition to a contemporary equipment system, provide the capacity to produce products with great efficiency. ABT owns a team of experienced and well-trained professionals in the field of biotechnology, along with advanced and automated production lines to ensure high efficiency and the best quality for our customers. With the ability to supply thousands of viral transport tubes VTM/UTM, hundreds of extraction kits, real-time PCR kits, and many other products every day, ABT is always ready to support and satisfy customers. We also own a national distribution line from the North to the South of Vietnam to promptly meet all needs of customers. This is one of our important foundations for sustainable development in the future.

Biotechnology is a high-tech field based on life science, combined with technical processes and equipment to create technology to exploit the living activities of microorganisms, cells from plants and animals, and produce high-quality biological industrial-scale products for socio-economic development and environmental reservation. With the outstanding achievements of science and technology, since the end of the twentieth century, biotechnology has become a high-tech economic-technical branch in many industrialized countries around the world.
Our country, Vietnam, is a tropical country that grows from agriculture, biotechnology plays a particularly important role in the industrialization and modernization process; and is an important factor contributing to food security, structural transformation, and sustainable development of the agricultural economy; provides essential products for public health care, environmental preservation, and biological industry development.
Biotechnology has always been of strong interest in Vietnam’s development process. Since “Directive No. 50 CT/TW dated March 4, 2005 of the Secretariat on promoting the development and application of biotechnology to serve the industrialization and modernization process of the country”, domestic investment in biotechnology has made remarkable growth and gradually become a potential market for domestic and multi-national biotechnology companies.
The construction of facilities and training of human resources for biotechnology has been invested, researched and developed, the technology has been improved. The application of traditional biotechnology in production has become popular, contributing to improving the quality and competitiveness of agriculture – forestry – fishery; vaccine production and some preparation work to protect people’s health and create jobs for workers.
