INTRODUCTION
TopPURE ® BLOOD DNA EXTRACTION KIT allows high quality DNA to be obtained from whole blood samples containing citrate anticoagulant, EDTA. The kit uses silica column membrane technology to capture DNA and remove impurities. The simple kit process allows completion in 35 minutes with high efficiency and does not contain the harmful chemicals phenol, chloroform. Purified DNA can be applied in experiments: Real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blot, SNP.
