TopPURE ® GENOMIC DNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed for the simple and fast extraction from a various sample, such as animal tissue, food, colony, cultured cells. The easy procedure, based on silica membrane spin column technology, permits the segregation of high yield DNA in less than 35 minutes. It only requires low cost equipment, involves only few steps and no uses the hazadouse reagent such as Phenol.
