TopPURE ® PLANT DNA EXTRACTION KIT is a ready-to-use reagent for the isolation of genomic DNA from plant’s samples, such as: leaves, bark, roots, fruit. The easy purication procedure, based on the exceptional selectivity of silica membrane, permits the segregation of high yields of pure genomic DNA in less than 45 minutes. Proteins and others contaminants will be washed away, leaving high pure DNA/RNA suitable for a variety of downstream applications. The entire procedure can be completed within 25-30 minutes.
