Introduction
“TopPURE ® MAGA GENOMIC DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT provides a time-saving and economical solution for the extraction of DNA/RNA from a variety of starting materials such as suspensions, smears, cultured cells and bacteria, surface swab samples, especially with Sars-CoV-2 virus samples. The kit uses magnetic bead extraction technology covered with a silica-based membrane combined with a high concentration of chaotropic salts to allow easy and efficient purification of DNA/RNA. In addition, all chemicals are pre-divided into 96-well plates, shortening the work-flow into 20 minutes with a capacity of up to 96 samples on automatic extraction systems. The kit can be easily optimized on different types of extraction systems.”
