Heat exchanger:

• The system is supplied with a 48-well thermal block for simultaneous analysis of 48 samples, sample volume 10-100 µl, using common 0.2ml tubes in the form of plates, strips, or individual tubes and advanced technology to prevent evaporation to the maximum with a self-regulating thermal cap

• The optical system uses high-sensitivity photomultiplier technology to scan the signal in each well. The signal intensity received from each well is uniform, so all wells can be utilized (do not have to exclude the edge and corner wells of the block like CCD Camera). High-sensitivity photomultiplier is the most modern technology today with higher sensitivity and accuracy than CCD Camera and Photodios technology, it has been calibrated by the manufacturer, users do not need to calibrate during use as CCD Camera (so you don’t have to spend money to buy calibration chemicals regularly).
• Using long-life LED technology excitation light source. Wavelength: 450-590nm. Detection wavelength: 503-745nm. The use of LEDs helps to stabilize the fluorescent signal and prolong the life of the device.
