Built from very few components, the durable MyGo Pro is highly maneuverable and easy to install. The system allows to run up to 32 samples simultaneously in 0.1/0.2 tubes or 8-tube Strips. The heating and cooling rates are very fast thanks to the use of Peltier elements in addition, the lid is also heated.

The excitation light was provided by a high intensity LED source with a standard wavelength of 500 nm, which is capable of excavating most of the fluorescent dyes used in qPCR. A prism is used to separate the fluorescence emission light spectrum.

The fluorescence signal spectral data from the reaction was recorded by a camera using CMOS technology.

The powerful and easy-to-use MyGo Pro software offers features such as:

The MyGo Pro software is included with the device and can be easily installed from a USB stick. The software is not subject to copyright restrictions. Computers with this software installed can control MyGo Pro machines via LAN.
