INTRODUCTION
TopPURE ® PLANT DNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed for the purification of RNA from plant tissue samples such as leaves, bark, roots, fruits. The kit includes 2 lysis buffers based on the SDS method combined with silica membrane technology to allow fast and high efficiency RNA purification. The procedure does not use harmful chemicals such as Phenol/Chloroform and can be completed in 30 minutes. Purified RNA can be used in many applications such as Real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blot, SNP.
