Introduction

”TopPURE ® CRUDE DNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed specifically for the extraction of DNA/RNA from bacterial and animal tissue by crude methods. The kit provides a rapid extraction with a simple process and at a competitive price. With a breakthrough in lysis buffer, the kit helps efficiently extract nucleic acids and limit DNA degradation. First, the sample will be dissolved in DD1 buffer, combined with incubation at 80oC for 10 minutes. Once completed, the DNA/RNA was released and further centrifuged at 13,000 rpm for 5 min. The supernatant will be diluted 10 times with DD2 buffer. The outcomes after dilution are ready for PCR and Real-time PCR.”
