Introduction

TopPURE® FLUID VIRAL EXTRACTION KIT is designed for a simple and fast extraction from cultured cells and bacteria, suspensions, smears, body fluids, and surface swab samples. The kit uses silica column membrane technology to capture DNA and remove impurities. The process does not involve harmful chemicals such as Phenol, Chloroform and can be completed in 30 minutes. Purified DNA can be used in downstream applications: Real-time PCR, sequencing, southern blot, SNP.
