Introduction

TopPURE ® GENOMIC DNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed for simple and fast extraction from various samples, such as animal tissue, food, colony, cell cultures. The easy procedure, based on silica membrane spin column technology, permits high-yield extraction of DNA in less than 30 minutes. It only requires low-cost equipment and a few simple steps, no uses of hazardous reagent such as Phenol/Chloroform. The extremely pure genomic DNA is ready to use for downstream applications, such as PCR, real-time PCR, Southern blot, SNP.
