INTRODUCTION

” TopPURE ® MAGA GENOMIC DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT provides a time-saving and economical solution for the extraction of DNA/RNA from a variety of sample sources such as suspensions, smears, cell cultures and bacteria, surface swab. The kit uses magnetic bead extraction technology covered by a silica film combined with a high concentration of chaotropic salts to allow easy and efficient purification of DNA/RNA. The entire process can be completed in 35 minutes with a capacity of up to 96 samples on automated extraction systems. The kit can be easily optimized on different types of extractors.”
