INTRODUCTION
TopPURE ® MAGA GENOMIC DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT (HI-612.E) Extraction Kit (HI-612.E) provides a time-saving and economical solution for the extraction of DNA/RNA from a variety of samples such as suspensions, smears, cell and bacteria culture fluid, surface swabs, especially with COVID-19 samples. The kit uses magnetic bead extraction technology and a silica filter combined with a high concentration of chaotropic salts to allow easy and efficient purification of DNA/RNA. In addition, all chemicals are in the form of 96-well plates with ready-to-use reagents, making the extraction process take only about 20 minutes with a capacity of up to 96 samples on automatic extraction systems. The kit can be easily optimized on different types of extraction machine.
