INTRODUCTION
TopPURE ® MAGA GENOMIC DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT (HI-612.NB) provides a time-saving and economical solution for DNA/RNA extraction from various samples such as suspensions, spreads, cell and bacterial culture fluid, surface swab samples, especially with COVID-19 samples. The kit uses magnetic bead extraction technology and a silica filter combined with a high concentration of chaotropic salts to allow easy and efficient purification of DNA/RNA. In addition, all components are in the form of 96-well plates with pre-divided chemicals, making the experiment process can be complete in about 20 minutes with a capacity of up to 96 samples on automatic extraction systems. The kit can be easily optimized on different types of extraction machines.
