INTRODUCTION
” TopPURE® MAGA SERUM DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT is specialized in virus isolation from serum and smear samples. The kit uses self-particle technology covered with a silica film, allowing for faster and more efficient DNA/RNA purification. The entire process can be completed in 35 minutes with a capacity of up tp 96 samples on automated extraction systems. The kit can be easily optimized on different types of extractors.”

Figure 1: HBV serum sample, concentration 10^5 copies/mL, successive 10th dilution. DNA was extracted using the TopPURE Maga Serum DNA/RNA Extraction Kit, each concentration was repeated twice.
