INTRODUCTION

TopPURE® Maga Serum DNA/RNA Extraction Kit allows simultaneous extraction of both DNA and RNA from serum, plasma, smears and cultures of gram-negative bacteria. The kit provides quick extraction time from 23-30 minutes for 1-32 samples and is designed in pre-divided form, the highly purified DNA & RNA obtained is suitable for a wide range of molecular biology assays.

Running Data

Hi 512.a Ket Qua — Real-time PCR results (A) and linear graphs (B) on samples of Hepatitis B (HBV). Serum/plasma samples were diluted 10 times with PBS Buffer (10^5 – 10^2). Extraction of viral DNA is carried out using TopPURE® Maga Serum DNA/RNA Extraction Kit kit on the GenePure Pro system (Bioer). Each concentration was repeated 2 times.
