INTRODUCTION

TopPURE® Maga Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is manufactured by ABT based on automatic extraction technology by magbead that meets ISO 9001 and 13485 standards. The kit uses VBL buffer for efficient lysing from various sample types. The chemicals supplied are undivided to help save costs when using for a small number of samples. The results of purified DNA/RNA can be used directly for downstream applications such as PCR, Real-time PCR, SNP, and Dot Blot.
