Introduction
TopPURE ® PLANT DNA EXTRACTION KIT is a specialized product for the extraction of DNA from plant tissue such as leaves, bark, roots, and fruits. The simple process, based on silica column membrane technology, enables the purification of genomic DNA from plants in 30 minutes. The process does not require the use of expensive equipment or harmful chemicals such as Phenol/Chloroform. Purified DNA can be used in downstream applications such as Real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blot, SNP.
