Introduction

TopPURE® GENOMIC PLASMID EXTRACTION KIT (HI-142) is designed for the extrection/purification of plasmid DNA from bacteria using the silica column method. The simple and fast extraction based on the silica membrane column method, allows for high purity and high efficiency DNA/RNA extraction in 30 minutes. The process does not require the use of expensive equipment nor harmful chemicals such as Phenol/Chloroform. Purified DNA can be used in downstream applications such as Real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blot, SNP.
