INTRODUCTION
TopPURE ® SERUM VIRAL EXTRACTION KIT is a product for only the efficient purification of DNA/RNA from serum samples. With a breakthrough in optimized lysis buffer combined with the silica column membrane purification technology, the set kit allows high efficiency DNA/RNA collection from HBV, HCV, CMV, HIV and HTLV agents, The process can be completed within 30 minutes. The product after purification can be used in many application, such as Real-time OCR, sequencing, Southern blot, SNP.
