Introduction
TopPURE® VIRAL DNA&RNA EXTRACTION KIT provides an efficient and versatile extraction solution on a wide variety of starting materials: cultured cells and bacterial, suspensions, surface swab samples, body fluids, urine, saliva, serum, plasma, and whole blood of humans and animals. The kit uses silica column membrane technology and a specialized eluent to extract DNA and remove impurities in the sample. The process does not involve harmful chemicals such as Phenol, Chloroform and can be completed in 30 minutes. Purified nucleic acid is ready for downstream applications: Real-time PCR, sequencing, southern blot, SNP.
