Introduction
Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is the most common sexually transmitted disease. HPV can cause skin warts, genital warts, or certain types of cancer, depending on the type of HPV. Vaccines are available to protect against many types of HPV that can cause genital warts and cancer. However, the use of the HPV vaccine does not eliminate the need for screening with the Papanicolaou (Pap) test because some cervical cancers are caused by HPV types that are not included in the vaccine.
TopSENSI® High-risk HPV qPCR KIT (RUO) (SQH-128) is a test kit for qualitative detection of high-risk HPV types in human cervical smear samples by real-time PCR method. The kit has the advantages of specificity, high sensitivity, endogenous control helps ensure the extraction process or master mix.
Advantages of the kit
- Simple process
- PCR optimal time:1.5 hours
- High sensitivity and specificity (Ability to detect 10 copies/reaction)
- Supplied with a complete set of consumables
- Provide additional master mix for control test (75 tests)
- Compatible with most real-time PCR machines on the market: Rotor Gene Q (Qiagen), 7500, 7500 Fast (Thermo Fisher), AriaMX, Mx 3005p, Bioer, Dlab, etc.
