TopSPEC® Edwardsiella ictaluri qPCR Kit (SQS-105)

INTRODUCTION

A group of bacteria Edwardsiella Ictaluri causes enteric septicaemia of catfish and basa fish. The disease has two levels: at a mild level, the outside of the fish body is normal, the eyes are slightly protruding, but the liver, kidney, and spleen have many white spots when dissecting; At a severe level, fish stop eating, swimming lethargic, in some cases systemic hemorrhage, especially from gills and skin. The disease progressed within 2 weeks. Early screening will minimize risk and damage to farmers.

TopSPEC® Edwardsiella Ictaluri qPCR Kit is a test kit that detects the presence of Edwardsiella Ictaluri (EI)  in the culture medium. Early detection of pathogens minimizes the loss caused by EI.
