Return policy

1. Return policy for manufacturer defects

• Return condition: Goods are inspected and confirmed for manufacturer defect.
• ABT bears all costs related to the exchange and return of goods.

2. Return policy with other reasons

Return conditions:

• The goods are intact, not scratched, and in their original condition, together with all related documents and accompanying accessories when returning (for equipment and chemicals – if any).
• The Buyer is responsible for issuing a return invoice according to the Handover Minutes and Invoice issued by the Seller.

Return cost:

• Within 07 days from the date of receipt: Free exchange and return for customers.
• After 07 days from the date of receipt: The cost of returning shall comply with the agreement of the two Parties for each specific order.
• After 30 days from the date of receipt: The goods cannot be returned.
