Warranty Policy
1. Warranty conditions
- The product is under warranty (Warranty period is stated in detail in the product quotation)
- The manufacturer’s warranty stamp must be intact, not torn, broken, deformed, or erased.
- The machine number is intact, and show no signs of erasure or editing
- Damage is determined to be due to a manufacturer’s fault.
- The product must be intact, not bent, warped, cracked, scratched, chipped, cracked, or broken.
- The product must be used in the correct environment, temperature, and humidity, and connected to a within-limit power source (with voltage stabilizer and ground wire if necessary).
- The hardware of the product has not been interfered with (for example: disassembling, repairing, etc.)
- Follow the user manual provided with the product.
2. Cases not covered by warranty
- Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents such as lightning strikes, floods, and spilled liquids.
- The customer arbitrarily disassembles and repairs before reporting to the technical department.
- Accessories wear out over time: electrodes, probes, light bulbs, resistors, thermistors, glass, etc.
- Fire or explosion due to incorrect power supply, wrong battery terminal, dropping, or physical impact to the product.
- Damage due to poor storage: dirt, moisture, high temperature, corrosive chemicals, insects nesting in the machine, etc.
- The warranty does not cover accessories.
